Boom! Video first. Then, sermon discussion: first, we continued through Romans in the morning service. Covered chapter 3, and we’ll be looking at Romans 4 this coming Sunday. We’ll stick with Romans until the Sunday before Thanksgiving, then kick over to Advent as we move toward Christmas.
Sunday evening we were in 1 Timothy 2 and talked about the necessity of praying for whoever is in the governing roles of the country in which we live. And that there’s no excuse for saying “Well, but our government is soooo bad…” when you consider the state of the Roman Empire and Nero when Paul is writing to always be in prayer for the government.
